Each country or region reported on their local hoofcare situation

The day after the conference, one of the presenters at the conference, Andreas Kummer, invited us to visit his natural fertilizer factory in Grimme, near Leipzig (previously in East Germany).
Andreas had a sports-car for the Autobahn!
En route, we went shopping for wine in the historical town of Iphofen, in the Steigerwald
Stables In Grimme, we visited his offices, factory and also his horses (of course)
Then we walked along genuine cobble-stoned streets to go shopping for excellent goats' milk cheese
Andreas also showed us the old farrier shop that he converted into beautiful dancing studios for his wife
On my last day in Germany, the owner of the guest house, Frau Emma Dieter, invited us on a professionally guided tour of their local castle, the Burg Hogenzollern.
